Most people we meet have a moving story that went sideways — a vague phone estimate, a van too small by half, and being passed between a call centre and a crew who’d never spoken. We built Shepherd’s Bush Removals to be the opposite of that. Not louder or flashier, just streamlined: one point of contact, an itemised quote, and a plan you can actually follow.

Rooted in W12

Shepherd’s Bush is our patch, and it’s a proper mix — media professionals and students, period terraces and new towers, a street market and a mega-mall within a few minutes of each other. We know the CPZ streets by the Green, the loading bays and goods lifts at the White City buildings, and the tight terraces off the Uxbridge Road. That local knowledge is the difference between a move that runs and one that stalls on a landing.

What we do

We handle home moves of every kind — renting, buying and student moves — and office moves for the studios and media businesses around the Green and White City. We pack as much or as little as you want, and we store when the dates don’t line up. Alongside the local work we run a European arm — road moves from Shepherd’s Bush to France, Italy, Spain and Portugal, with the customs paperwork handled.

How we work

One person, start to finish. The contact who quotes your move is across the plan and the day, so nothing gets lost between the quote and the move itself. We turn up when we say, protect your home as we go, and treat your things the way we’d want ours treated. If something changes — and on moving day it sometimes does — we tell you straight and sort it.

We’re a removals firm, plainly — not an app, a marketplace or a call centre. We carry goods-in-transit and public liability cover as standard, and we’ll explain what it means before you book. We won’t quote you a price on a web page, because no two moves are the same; what we’ll do is look at your actual move and give you a clear, written quote you can trust.
